Terms: Farm, Industrial, Recreation and Construction related items will be

accepted. Commission rates on a per items basis:

$1-$300= 20%

$301-$1,000= 15%

$1,001-$5,000= 7%

$5,001-$20,000= 5%

$20,001-$40,000= 4%

$40,001-and above= 3%

No sale items will pay 3% of last bid price with $25 minimum
