From the intersection of Hwy 58 & 64 (north of Helena, OK) go 4 miles south to Coal Rd. , then 3.5 miles west OR from the intersection of Hwy 45 & 58 (south of Helena, OK) go 4 miles north to curve then ½ mile east, then 1 mile north to Coal Rd., then 3.5 miles west.

This Alfalfa County farm consists of approximately 158± acres more or less. According to the F.S.A. office there is approximately 120.54 cropland acres with a 120.5 acre wheat base and a 34 yield.
