Or From the Kansas State Line & Hwy 58 south of Corwin, KS. Go 1 mile south to Osage Road, then 5 miles east to CR270, then ½ mile south. (All tracts will be sold from this location)

Tract # 1 (Auction Location)

Legal Description: SE/4 of Section (19), Township (29) North, Range (9), and approximately the East 27± acres in the SW/4 of (19) Township (29) North, Range (9) W.I.M. Alfalfa County, OK.

Taxes: This tract is combined with the SW/4 total taxes are $868.31

Directions:  Same as auction location

This tract consists of approximately 187± acres of land. There is an older set of improvement consisting of  40’ x 80 Round top barn with 20’ x 80’ lean too on each side (still very useable), small garage (fair cond.),  electric service, and domestic water well.
