This quarter section of land consists of approximately 150 acres MOL. According to the Garfield County FSA there is 145.8 DCP acres with a 137.3 acre wheat base and a 32 bushel per acre yield. The balance of the farm consists of creek, water way, and some timber along creek bed. There is a small portion of this ground that is currently leased to a radio controlled aircraft club.
