Troy D. Lippard, CAI, President of United Country Lippard Auctioneers, Inc. Is a graduate of Missouri Auction School 1988, and a graduate of Indiana University, Bloomington, Indiana acquiring a CAI designation (Certified Auctioneers Institute) in real estate. He holds an auction licenses in numerous states, and holds real estate brokers licenses in Oklahoma, Arkansas and Kansas. He is a member of the National Auctioneers Association, Oklahoma State Auctioneers Association. He is a graduate of Lincoln Appraisal school holding a Master Farm & Land Appraisers designation and also a graduate of the Thompson Advertising school in Kansas City, Kansas in 1992.

Troy has held positions on several boards including: board of director, President, Chairman of the board for the Oklahoma State Auctioneers Association, board of director for the American Businessman Club, Enid, Oklahoma. He is the 1999 Oklahoma State Champion Auctioneer, a 5- time finalist in the International Auctioneers Championship Contest and a 3- time finalist in the All World Auctioneers Championship Contest held in Canada.

Troy started in the auction business from the ground floor position including: clerking, cashiering, working as a ring-person, bid-calling and finally the managing end of the business. Since 2001 Troy has been the main auctioneer for the largest oil & gas auction companies selling approximately 500 million dollars a year in oil and gas minerals. Troy, currently works across the United States for other auction companies selling aviation, real estate, equipment, etc. He is married to wife Angie and has three children Brady, Haylee, Whitney and currently attends Emmanuel Baptist Church, Enid, Oklahoma.

Angie Lippard, Marketing Manager, is originally from Ponca City, Oklahoma and has several years experience in the marketing communications field. Her professional background includes Online Marketing, Clerking, Cashiering, On-site Computer Technician, web- site, E-mailing, Brochures, Advertising, and Appraisals. She also has her Real Estate Sales Associate License to sell Real Estate.

As Marketing Manager, Ms. Lippard oversees all aspects of advertising and promotion, from design and production, to public relations. She is a member of several local organizations. Ms. Lippard resides with her husband and their three children. Brady, Haylee, and Whitney.

Claude Bollenbach, Auctioneer / Real Estate Sales Associate, a native to Kingfisher, Claude has been a Professional Auctioneer since 1980. Claude graduated from Missouri Auction School. Claude hold a Real Estate license in Oklahoma. He is a retired Oklahoma Highway Patrol Trooper after 29 years of service. Claude is married to wife Barbara they have two children and four grandchildren. Claude resides in Kingfisher where they attend First Baptist Church.

Jerry is a 1994 graduate of Texas Auction Academy and has been a professional auctioneers since that time. He holds a Real Estate Sales Associate license in Oklahoma. Jerry is a member of the National Auctioneer Association and Oklahoma State Auctioneers Association. He has been married to Teresa since June of 1972 and has one son Dustin.

Jerry & Teresa owned and operated a retail store in Enid, OK for 18 yrs. And has worked with the public on a one on one basis for years. Jerry has a background of being raised in a small town in Kansas and working on his granddads farm along with working for a John Deere dealer and being an order buyer for a cattle company, giving him a personal experience in the farm land and equipment end of the business. He is also a City Councilman for the City of Enid and serves on several local boards. Jerry attends Emmanuel Baptist Church where he is co-teacher of a young married class.

Rex brings a very unique aspect to the team.  He holds a Real Estate Sales Associate License for Oklahoma and specializes in 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges as well as retirement planning investments which provide tax benefits as well as income and growth potential.

Since 1978, he is experienced in the farm and ranch equipment business from working at Wako, Inc. In Enid, OK where he currently serves as Chairman of the Board.  He holds NASD Series 7, 62 and 63 Securities Registrations as well as Life and Health Insurance Licensing.   Rex transacts investments securities business in OK, TX, KS, MO and insurance in OK, TX and KS.  Additionally, he is a Certified Estate Advisor offering assistance to families and their trusts with estate planning advice. Rex also serves as Chairman of the Emmanuel Christian School board, and is a board member of Colorado Capital Holdings, Capstone, Inc.  He and his wife, Julie, offer securities through the CapWest Securities, Inc. David Milacek, Auctioneer / Real Estate Sales Associate, David resides in Enid, Ok. Graduate of Fort Smith Auction School. Professional auctioneer of real estate, personal merchandise, farm machinery and estate liquidations. David has been in the Auction business for sixteen years and has worked for the United States Treasury during this time. David is engaged in farming and is active in his church.

Teresa Whitney, Cashier/Computer Tech., Teresa has been with United Country Lippard Auctioneers, Inc. since 1997. Teresa clerks and cashiers at the auctions. Teresa has been a book keeper for twenty-five years.  Teresa is married to Jerry who also works with the auction company. Jerry and Teresa have one son Dustin.

Brady Lippard, Auctioneer / Real Estate Sales Associate. Brady has been with United Country Lippard Auctioneers since the start of the company as a ring man,  and clerk.  Brady is a recent graduate of Missouri Auction School where he successfully completed courses in auctioneering and farm equipment, appraisals, collectibles, and real estate. Brady is a member of the National Auctioneers Association.

Jim Strate, Jr. has been involved in auctions in the Enid area since 1994. He attended Missouri Auction School and was selected as the Reserve Champion Rookie of the Year by the Oklahoma State Auctioneers Association in 1994. His specialty area include agriculture, equipment and cattle. He also has his Real Estate and Appraisal licenses. Jim lives near Breckinridge, OK with his wife, Janet and his sons, Justin and Jarred.

Roger Entz, CAI, is President of United Country Entz Auction & Realty. Roger began his auction career in 1982 after graduating from the Britton Auction Academy. Roger attended Certified Auctioneer Institute in Bloomington, Indiana and acquired his CAI designation. He holds an Oklahoma Real Estate Broker license and an auctioneer license in the state of Texas. Roger is a member of the National Auctioneers Association and the Oklahoma State Auctioneers Association. Roger was the recipient of the Hall of Fame Award of the Oklahoma State Auctioneers Association in 2006.

Roger and his family have built their auction business by always trying to be honest and fair with both the buyer and the seller. Over the years Roger has conducted and/or assisted with auctions for the FDIC, the Resolution Trust Corporation and other National and International Auction projects. Roger’s specialty is agricultural real estate. His company also conducts auctions of residential properties, estates and business liquidations.

2007 graduate of the Texas Auctioneers Academy and a member of the National Auctioneers Association and the Oklahoma State Auctioneers Association. Allen grew up in the Hydro area graduating from Hydro High School in 1999. He received his degree in Agribusiness from Oklahoma State University in 2004. Offers his expertise in computer operations, advertising and promotion.

Cary M. Aasness has been a professional auctioneer since 1985. He is a contract and networking auctioneer with United Country Lippard Auctioneers, Inc. Cary is the 2005 International Champion Auctioneer, winning the title at the IAC championship and NAA conference held that year in Pittsburg, PA.

Aasness has conducted several hundred auctions, including auctions in many states throughout the U.S.A., in addition to his home state of Minnesota and the Midwest region. Aasness currently has offices in Dalton/Fergus Falls, Minnesota and Pauls Valley, Oklahoma. As owner of Aasness Auctioneers and Real Estate Auction Marketing Group, he and his affiliates specialize in real estate auctions, and also conduct auctions of collector farm tractors, farm and commercial equipment, fundraiser and specialty auctions including antiques, firearms and western/cowboy memorabilia.

Cary also has conducted public auto auctions and was an auctioneer at the world reknowned Barrett-Jackson Collector Auto Auction record setting 35th Anniversary auction were over $125 million dollars of classic/collector auto’s were sold in 6 days.

In addition to the International Auctioneer Champion title, Cary holds the titles of 1997 Reserve World All-Around Champion Auctioneer, 1999 North Dakota Champion Auctioneer and 1992 Minnesota champion. As International Champion, Aasness has conducted seminars in many states across the nation and is an instructor at The World Wide College of Auctioneering. He is an active member of the National Auctioneers Association, Minnesota State Auctioneers Association and the North Dakota Auctioneers Association. He also served as the Minnesota State Auctioneers Associations president in 2001, served as MSAA board of director and as a member of the NAA Fundraising Auction and IAC Auctioneer Championship committees.

Cary and his wife Anita have 3 children, 2 daughters, Amanda, Megan Cody. Aasness is an active member of the Tordenskjold Free Lutheran Church and has served as trustee, board chairman in addition to parish chairman. He and his wife also serve as youth leaders and counselors for the church youth group. Cary and his wife are very active in their community helping and conducting fundraising and charity events, several which are auctions. Aasness is also an avid member of the American Quarter Horse and National Cutting Horse Associations. He and his family raise and ride ranch, performance and cutting horses.

Travis Hargis a Graduated from World Wide College of Auctioneering in Feb 2007, Member of Oklahoma Auctioneers Association, was named 2008 Reserve Champion Rookie of the year by the Oklahoma Auctioneers Association. TravisCurrently working on his Oklahoma Real Estate Lic. Travis reside in Oklahoma City with wife Randy and 2 daughters Breanna 18 and Caitlynne 12 they attend Revival For Christ Power Cathedral Family Church.
