This nice quarter section of land consists of approximately 160 acres more or less. According the county FSA office there is 113.6 DCP cropland acres 107.15 wheat base 38-bushel yield and a 0.71 Grain Sorghum base and 39-bushel yield with the balance in good grass pasture and pond. The pasture is fenced off from the cultivated land and very good county gravel road access on both the north and east. The cropland has not been worked.

This farm is all in good grass pasture, pond, with scattered timber for cattle shade. There are an older perimeter fence and good access by county gravel roads on the south and east.
