Directions to Farm: From Hwy 8 & 51A (North of Watonga, OK.) go 4 miles west on Hwy 51A to CR 750 (also west entrance to Roman Nose State Park off Hwy 8, then go, 2.5 miles west. 

This tract of land consists of approximately 160± acres that borders the North Canadian River in Blaine County, Oklahoma. This area is well known for its large Whitetail Deer and turkey hunting with the North Canadian River  on the southwest corner of the farm. The farm is improved with a small home/cabin that consists of 1,196 Sq. Ft. of living area, (3)- bedrooms and (1)- bathroom, concrete block construction with composition roof. According to the county F.S.A. office there is 52.92 crop acres with 44.70 wheat base and a county average bushel yield.
