From I-35 & Hwy 166 go 1.5 miles east to South Hydraulic Rd, then south 1 mile to E 170th St S, then ½ mile east.
Legal Description: NE/4 3-35S-1E of the 6th P.M. Sumner Co. KS.
Taxes for Tract 1 & 2 combined 2025 taxes were $1,861, 2026 taxes will be prorated to day of closing.
