Terms/Conditions on Surface Rights: 10% of the total purchase price is to be placed in escrow the day of the auction with the balance being due upon delivery of marketable title.
Terms on Minerals: 100% of total purchase is due day of the auction. Title will transfer with a Quit Claim Mineral Deed. All due diligence must be done prior to bidding.
