Description: This tract consists of 470.43± acres MOL. There are 197.90 acres in CRP until 9/30/2021, 118 acres on the north side and 80 acres on the south side of the property. The annual contract payment for the CRP is $6,539.00. This equates to $33.04/Acre. CRP payment is made around October 10th annually. CRP payment for 2019 will go to the buyer.
