AUCTION LOCATION: Both tracts will be sold from Tract 1. From the intersection of Hwy 51 & 8 in Okeene, OK. Go 6 miles south to CR 680, then 1.5 mile west.

Legal Description:  NW/4 of Section (23), Township (18) North, Range (11), W.I.M. Blaine County, OK.

Directions to Farm: From the intersection of Hwy 51 & 8 in Okeene, OK. Go 6 miles south to CR 680, then 1.5 mile west.

Taxes: $426.00

Possession: will be given after the harvest of the existing 2021 wheat crop. Or June 15th,2021 whichever is later.

This tract consists of approximately 160 acres more or less. According to county Farm Service Agency there is 154.83 DCP crop acres with 153.10 wheat base, and a PLC yield of 26. The balance is in grass pasture, potion of cemetary and waterways. This fam does have North Blaine Rural water!
