Troy D. Lippard, C.A.I.
President / Real Estate Broker

Troy D. Lippard, CAI, President of Lippard Auctioneers, Inc. Is a graduate of Missouri Auction School 1988, and a graduate of Indiana University, Bloomington, Indiana acquiring a CAI designation (Certified Auctioneers Institute) in real estate. He is a member of the National Auctioneers Association, Oklahoma State Auctioneers Association. He is a graduate of Lincoln Appraisal school holding a Master Farm & Land Appraisers designation and also a graduate of the Thompson Advertising school in Kansas City, Kansas in 1992.

Troy has held positions on several boards including: NAA fund raising board, board of director, President, Chairman of the board for the Oklahoma State Auctioneers Association, board of director for the American Businessman Club, Enid, Oklahoma. He is the 1999 Oklahoma State Champion Auctioneer, a 5- time finalist in the International Auctioneers Championship Contest and a 3- time finalist in the All World Auctioneers Championship Contest held in Canada.

Troy started in the auction business from the ground floor position including: clerking, cashiering, working as a ring-person, bid-calling and finally the managing end of the business. Since 2001 Troy has been one of the main auctioneer’s for the largest oil & gas auction companies selling approximately 500 million dollars a year in oil and gas minerals. Troy, currently works across the United States for other auction companies selling aviation, real estate, oilfield equipment, Ag equipment, etc. He is married to wife Angie and has three children Brady, Haylee, Whitney and currently attends Emmanuel Baptist Church, Enid, Oklahoma.

Jerry Whitney
Auctioneer / Real Estate Associate

Jerry is a 1994 graduate of Texas Auction Academy and has been a professional auctioneer since that time. He has worked for Lippard Auctions since its inception. He holds a Real Estate Sales Associate license in Oklahoma and Kansas. Jerry owned and operated a retail store for 18 yrs. and insurance agency for 12 years. He has worked with the public on a one on one basis for years. Jerry has a background of being raised in a small town in Kansas and working on his granddads farm along with working for a John Deere dealer and being an order buyer for a cattle company, giving him a personal experience in the farm land and equipment end of the business. He has also served as City Councilman for the City of Enid and serves on several local boards. He has been married to Teresa since June of 1972 and has one son Dustin. They attended Emmanuel Baptist Church.

Brady Lippard, P.R.I.

Brady Lippard,  Auctioneer/Sales Associate has been with Lippard Auctioneers since the start of the company. Brady attended Northern Oklahoma College and is a graduate of Missouri Auction School where he successfully completed courses in bid calling, farm equipment, appraisals and real estate. Brady is a multiple top 10 finalist in the Oklahoma State Auctioneer Association bid calling contest.

Angie Lippard

Angie Lippard, Marketing Manager, is originally from Ponca City, Oklahoma and has several years’ experience in the marketing communications field. Her professional background includes Online Marketing, Clerking, Cashiering, On-site Computer Technician, web- site, E-mailing, Brochures, on a National, Regional and Local Advertising level. Angie is a member of the National Auctioneers Association and Oklahoma State Auctioneers Association. Angie currently holds a place on the Oklahoma State Auctioneers Association Board of Directors as Treasurer.

As Marketing Manager, Ms. Lippard oversees all aspects of advertising and promotion, from design and production, to public relations. She is a member of several local organizations. Ms. Lippard resides with her husband and their three children. Brady, Haylee, and Whitney.

Rodney Timm, P.R.I.

Rodney Timm is a graduate of the Professional Ringman Institute, and holds an Oklahoma Real Estate License and is also a member of Oklahoma Auctioneers Association.  Rodney has been associated with the auction business for many years

Rodney was born & raised in Garfield County.  He has been involved in farming & ranching operation his entire life, he has also been in the custom harvesting and trucking business, along with having a cow-calf operation. His knowledge of the land and machinery, working with customers, and employees offer him the relationships to work for and with others. Rodney and his wife have two sons and two grandsons. They are active members of the Bethlehem Baptist Church.  Rodney has and is serving on many committees, Northwest District Livestock, Garfield County Sirloin Club, Oklahoma and Garfield Cattleman Association. Chad Mantz was born and raised in Alva, OK. He has called Enid home since 1998 after he graduated from Northwestern Oklahoma State University with a BS in Secondary Math Education. Wes Dotson, entered the auction business in 1979 as a young man and has spent a lifetime accumulating the skills, insight, and knowledge to become one of Oklahoma’s premier auctioneers.

Wes began his career by assisting local auctioneers, acquiring the skills and fondness for the profession that only a lifetime of experience can create. In 1980 Wes attended Kenneth Gregg’s School of Auctioneering, further developing and honing his innate abilities for the art of auctioneering.

Since 1980 Wes has continued to be a force in the auctioneering community, becoming a 2008 Oklahoma OSSA auctioneering competition finalist, and 2009 state OSSA Runner-Up winner.

Grant Gungoll
Auctioneer / Real Estate Sales Associate

Grant Gungoll graduated from Oklahoma State University in 2004 with a degree in Agricultural Communications. He is a 2017 graduate of The Walton School of Auctioneering. Grant plans to continue his training in real estate appraisal. He is also extremely interested in personal property
appraisal and commercial real estate as he continues his education.

Grant grew up working on the family farm in Waukomis, OK. He was involved in auctions at an early age helping the family business, Enid Livestock Sales. He is a second generation auctioneer.

You may have heard Grant’s voice in the past doing farm reports and sports broadcasts on the radio. Grant specialized in providing current market prices and interviewing agricultural commodity professionals during his radio career. While attending OSU, he was named the Agricultural
Communicators of Tomorrow National Champion in Radio Production.

Grant is also a former agricultural education instructor and FFA advisor. He was the coach of Oklahoma’s National Agricultural Communications Career Development Team during his tenure. Grant judged several livestock shows while teaching. His start in auctioneering came when he had to act as an
emergency auctioneer, with no professional training, for a benefit auction while judging livestock.

Grant and his wife Jodi reside in Meno,OK. In his spare time Grant enjoys hunting , fabrication projects
and competitive archery.

Larin Wiens

Larin Wiens, was born and raised in Enid, Ok. He is a fourth generation farmer, giving him plenty of experience in both cattle and crop production. He is a member of Enid Mennonite Brethren Church. He graduated from Oklahoma Bible Academy in 2006 and The University of Central Oklahoma in 2011 where he earned his marketing degree. He is also a graduate of the Master Cattlemen’s program at Oklahoma State University. Matt is a 1998 Graduate of Taloga High School and received a BS in Animal Science from Oklahoma State University in 2004. Matt has worked around the auction business for the last several years managing several different types of auctions.Matt played baseball at Oklahoma State University, and continued playing for four years in the minor leagues topping out in AA with the Detroit Tigers. When his baseball career was over, he started as a bank teller and eventually a loan officer. Matt spent 10 years in the banking business gaining a lot of experience in finance and livestock/equipment evaluations. Matt is currently an Ag teacher at Seiling High School.

Matt Lives in Dewey County on the Farm that he was raised on. He loves farming, ranching, and helping his kids show Hereford and Angus Cattle. He is married to Amanda (Shane) Oakes, from Buffalo, OK, and has three children.

Matt Volunteers his time with his children’s sports leagues, the Taloga Fire Department/EMS, and is also a Board Member for the Dewey County Farm Bureau. Office Assistant

Retha has been with Lippard Auctioneers, Inc. since 2006. She is retired from Garfield County Assessors.  She labels brochures and gets ready for mailing. She also posts all advertising expenses and takes care of most filing.

Retha has lives in Enid with her husband of 55 years. She has three children, 11 grandchildren and three great grandchildren. She is a member of Temple Baptist Church.

Joanna has been with Lippard Auctioneers, Inc. since 2015.  You’ll probably talk to her when you call into the office, she also handles all the online chats, assists as an online auction tech, assists with closings and general office tasks. Roger Entz, CAI, is President of Entz Auction & Realty. Roger began his auction career in 1982 after graduating from the Britton Auction Academy. Roger attended Certified Auctioneer Institute in Bloomington, Indiana and acquired his CAI designation. He holds an Oklahoma Real Estate Broker license and an auctioneer license in the state of Texas. Roger is a member of the National Auctioneers Association and the Oklahoma State Auctioneers Association. Roger was the recipient of the Hall of Fame Award of the Oklahoma State Auctioneers Association in 2006.

Cary M. Aasness has been a professional auctioneer since 1985. He is a contract and networking auctioneer with Lippard Auctioneers, Inc. Cary is the 2005 International Champion Auctioneer, winning the title at the IAC championship and NAA conference held that year in Pittsburg, PA.

Aasness has conducted several hundred auctions, including auctions in many states throughout the U.S.A., in addition to his home state of Minnesota and the Midwest region. Aasness currently has offices in Dalton/Fergus Falls, Minnesota and Pauls Valley, Oklahoma. As owner of Aasness Auctioneers and Real Estate Auction Marketing Group, he and his affiliates specialize in real estate auctions, and also conduct auctions of collector farm tractors, farm and commercial equipment, fundraiser and specialty auctions including antiques, firearms and western/cowboy memorabilia.

Cary also has conducted public auto auctions and was an auctioneer at the world reknowned Barrett-Jackson Collector Auto Auction record setting 35th Anniversary auction were over $125 million dollars of classic/collector auto’s were sold in 6 days.

In addition to the International Auctioneer Champion title, Cary holds the titles of 1997 Reserve World All-Around Champion Auctioneer, 1999 North Dakota Champion Auctioneer and 1992 Minnesota champion. As International Champion, Aasness has conducted seminars in many states across the nation and is an instructor at The World Wide College of Auctioneering. He is an active member of the National Auctioneers Association, Minnesota State Auctioneers Association and the North Dakota Auctioneers Association. He also served as the Minnesota State Auctioneers Associations president in 2001, served as MSAA board of director and as a member of the NAA Fundraising Auction and IAC Auctioneer Championship committees.

Cary and his wife Anita have 3 children, 2 daughters, Amanda, Megan, and a son, Cody. Aasness is an active member of the Tordenskjold Free Lutheran Church and has served as trustee, board chairman in addition to parish chairman. He and his wife also serve as youth leaders and counselors for the church youth group. Cary and his wife are very active in their community helping and conducting fundraising and charity events, several which are auctions. Aasness is also an avid member of the American Quarter Horse and National Cutting Horse Associations. He and his family raise and ride ranch, performance and cutting horses.

Joel Wilson
Auctioneer / Oklahoma Real Estate License

Born and raised on a farm in NW Oklahoma, Joel graduated from Buffalo High School.  He went on to college at Oklahoma Panhandle State University in Goodwell where he graduated with a B.S. in Agri-Business in 1998.  He has made his home in Goodwell and the surrounding area ever since.  He and his wife Sharen are raising their two boys Deke and Gunner who enjoy showing livestock and participating in 4-H and FFA activities.  Joel is a 2015 graduate of World Wide College of Auctioneering in Mason City, Iowa.  He holds a trainee appraisers license in Oklahoma and has been working as an appraiser in the panhandle since 2014.  Joel also owns and operates a rental business in Goodwell.   Prior to entering the real estate business Joel owned a construction company based out of Guymon building and remodeling homes for over 15 years.  Joel serves on the board of the Texas County Jr. Livestock show as Secretary/ Treasurer as well as serving as Vice President of the School Board in Goodwell.
